Transoeste is a private limited company founded by Lenoir Bassoto Barbosa, specializing in the transportation of goods such as soybeans, corn, and other agricultural products. Originally established in Xanxerê, Santa Catarina, the company expanded to Rondonópolis, Mato Grosso, in the mid-1990s, following the growing soybean production in Brazil's Cerrado region.

Today, Transoeste operates with a fleet of over 700 vehicles, delivering high-quality transportation services to its clients, reinforcing its commitment to excellence in the logistics and agribusiness sectors.

But the key question is how did Lenoir and his sons, who now lead the company, work and steer Transoeste to achieve such prominence among transport companies in Mato Grosso?

For us to know that question and maybe, one day, have a company with such a importance in the market I asked some questions to one leader of the company and also son of Lenoir Barbosa, Jean Carlos Barbosa.
